Q1: Where are you based from and do you ship worldwide?
A: 雪튜디오 (read: seol-tudio) is based in Singapore, and I do ship worldwide for all orders!

Q2: I have a question before/after placing an order, how do I contact you?
A: Please EMAIL me (if you've placed an order on Big Cartel) or MESSAGE ON ETSY (if you've placed an order on Etsy) with your enquiry, I will see your email/message and get back to you as soon as possible!

Q3: Is there a minimum quantity preorders have to reach in order for the pins to be produced? Will I get refunded if the pin does not end up getting produced due to the lack of interest?
A: I'm making these pins out of interest and love for the fandoms, and most of the time I would definitely be producing the pins that I list up for preorders by covering the the remainder amount, so no refunds will be given unless the remaining amount is too steep for me to cover.

Q4: Are your products preorders or instocks? Is there a difference between the two if I decide to purchase?

A: Preorders/Instocks will be indicated on the listings, the difference between the two is that I am able to ship the instock pins immediately (within a week of you placing the order), while there will be a waiting time (for manufacturering) if its preorders.

The perks of purchasing during preorder period are as follows:

i. You will receive pins of the best quality out of the entire batch.
ii. Slight discounted price for preorders (by $1 - $2) as compared to instock prices.

Q4: What is the timeline for preorder listings? How long should I expect to wait?
A: Preorders are pins that are funded by you guys! The funds acquired from preorders will be used to fund the production of the pins. Preorder price/listings will usually last for 2 to 4 weeks before I send the orders for production. 

Production takes about 4 to 6 weeks if everything goes well, and all updates will be on my Twitter (and Instagram) whenever I get updates from my manufacturer. 

Once I have received the pins, I will take some time to inspect and grade every pin before sending them out to you.

Please only join preorders only if you can wait!

Q5: How long does shipping take?
A: Due to the current COVID-19 situation, I am not able to give an exact estimate on how long it will take for your orders to arrive. Singapore domestic orders should only take up to a week at most, and international orders would take a couple of weeks up to 2 months to arrive. 

Q6: What sort of shipping do you provide? Can I choose a cheaper option?
A: I will only provide registered shipping which is tracked. Normal shipping is untracked and cheaper, however I want to make sure that you receive the pin safely instead of having it get lost in the mail.

Q7: Can I return/exchange my item?
A: There will be no returns for any items unless they have been heavily damaged while in transit, and exchanges only if I have distributed the wrong item to you. I do make sure that the pins are in their best condition before I pack them and mail them over to you.
